Hong Kong Generative AI Research and Development Centre (HKGAI) has joined forces with FLock.io to pioneer decentralised AI solutions for public sector efficiency. The collaboration leverages FLock.io's privacy-preserving federated learning technology to develop secure, transparent AI models tailored for government applications.

HKGAI will contribute research teams and GPU clusters, while FLock.io provides its decentralised training infrastructure. "This alliance validates our federated learning protocol with a major government-backed AI institution," said FLock.io CEO Jiahao Sun. The partnership signals growing institutional adoption of blockchain-based AI infrastructure.
